These are some of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that we are asked by prospective clients.  In some cases, the answers may be based on your particular situation, and we will say so.  For other questions, the answers are pretty cut-n-dried, as you will see.  If your question isn't here, feel free to email us and ask -- we may just add it to the list!

• What is a Consignment?
  According to www.dictionary.com: "The act of consigning or sending property to an agent or correspondent in another place, as for care, sale, etc, with the provision that payment is expected only on completed sales and that unsold items may be returned to the one consigning".
  In plainspeak, this means that you are having a third party sell your property for you.  In this case, RKS Solutions LLC  (RKS) is selling your property on the eBay auction web site.
  
• Can you sell anything on eBay?
  Yes and No.  By that I mean: eBay does have regulations regarding the types of things that can be sold on it's web site.  And there are some items that RKS will not handle.  But in general, given enough time and a low enough starting price, just about anything can be sold on eBay.  Now, ask the real question....
  
• Can you make a profit selling anything on eBay?
  No.  Not everything will sell for a profit.  And even though you may sell something for more than you paid for it, you still have to take into account the eBay fees and payment fees and shipping costs...  all of which will be reviewed by your RKS representative to help ensure you get the best possible price for your items, and the best chance at making a profit.
  
• What happens if my item doesn't sell?
  One of two things will happen.  If you have a Listing Deposit on file, you can request that the item be relisted with changes.  The fees from your first listing will be deducted from your Listing Deposit, and the changes you agree to will be made before the relist is made.  If you do not have a Listing Deposit on file, you can either have your item returned or RKS will dispose of it for you.
