This is the template I use for requesting buyers post feedback.  I generally only use it on 60-90 day old Sales... I've not been having much trouble getting buyers to leave feedback, so I haven't had to use it much.  <g>  Which I guess is a good thing.

I can fully understand if you may not care to click a link in an email -- I'm usually pretty suspicious too.  You can always go to the eBay site, click the My eBay link, and use the link on that page access all purchases that you need to leave feedback for.
